Creative Talent Management believe that as well as looking after our clients and team members an important part of corporate life is to play a supportive role in the communities in which we operate and that this opportunity is a privilege, not an obligation.

Quite simply, all the team at CTM share the desire to ‘put something back’ into the communities that help us to produce the profits for our shareholders.

We are now at the start of a new century, and we commercially exploit the very technology that has also made it possible to have friends and neighbours many hundreds of miles away. This means we also have an obligation to the worldwide community.

Showing concern for all people regardless of their circumstances and location, and protecting the environment in which we all live is the concern and responsibility of all of the people who work with us.

As we face a new future, we are determined to contribute where we can and especially where political and economic suppression hinders the development of human talent.

We do this with the same pride and passion that we utilise in all our commercial work.

Practically we primarily do this by way of secondment, affiliation and pro bono work.

To clearly separate our commercial activities from our philanthropic ones when Creative Talent Management was formed so was a charitable trust that could support both Creative Talent and Social Justice.
