Brief

Initially 5i-Studio.com became involved at the start-up phase. The Culture Now team had great ideas and obviously had a passion and a knowledge of their market.

The company had spoken with several local suppliers to handle its graphic design and Web build projects, but found that the costs exceeded the young company’s budget. The company then decided to explore alternative methods of getting projects completed and discovered Creative Talent Management. Over the course of several weeks it became apparent that the design and IT needs of Culture Now were varied and extensive.

Solution

With the dotcom crash having just occurred there was a need for Culture Now to work with an equally passionate team of creative and IT specialists who understood how to deliver quality services online at sensible fee levels. The most cost effective method of doing so was to sub contract all the back office and online management to Creative Talent Management.

Culture Now developed a cutting edge prototype service that was comparable with the most expensive services worldwide AND cut Culture Now’s projected IT and design cost base by over 60%.
